2. Hosting and server log files
This website is operated on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany) in a data centre within the EU. When you access the website, the server automatically processes technical access data (so-called server log files): IP address, date and time of access, file accessed, data volume transferred as well as browser and operating system identifiers. This data is technically necessary for delivering and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data sources. Log files are deleted automatically after a short period.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies, does not use any analytics or tracking services and does not load third-party content. Fonts are also served locally from our own server; no connection to Google Fonts or similar services takes place.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us via the form, by e-mail or by phone, we process the details you provide (e.g. name, contact details, content of the enquiry) exclusively to handle your enquiry and to process a possible order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Details submitted via the enquiry form are forwarded by our server solely as an e-mail to us; the form data is not stored on the web server beyond this. We do not pass your data on to third parties and do not use it for advertising or newsletters. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial and tax law) prevent deletion.
5. Your rights
You have the right to obtain information about your personal data stored by us (Art. 15 GDPR), and the right to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). Simply contact us using the details above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW), Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
